DNS24.online DNS24.online

This is a DNS service run by pub.dns24.online.

The goal is to offer a public encrypted DNS service without query logs that people can use to maintain the security of their DNS traffic, and also block ads and trackers.

We already support DNS over HTTPS (DoH), DNS over TLS (DoT) and DNS over QUIC (DoQ).


Set up on your device

    Firefox

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Scroll down to the Network Settings section and click on the Settings… button.
    3. Enable Enable DNS over HTTPS.
    4. Select Use Provider: Custom, then enter
      https://pub.dns24.online/dns-query

    Google Chrome

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. In the Privacy and security section, click on Security.
    3. Enable Use secure DNS.
    4. Select With: Custom, then enter
      https://pub.dns24.online/dns-query

    Microsoft Edge

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Go to Privacy, Search, and Services, then scroll down to the Security section.
    3. Enable Use secure DNS to specify how to lookup the network address for websites.
    4. Select Choose a service provider, then enter
      https://pub.dns24.online/dns-query

    Yandex Browser

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. In the Security tab, click on Use a secure DNS server.
    3. Select Use: other address, then enter
      https://pub.dns24.online/dns-query
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Network & internet.
  3. Click on Wi-Fi (or Ethernet).
  4. Click on Hardware properties, or ignore this step if you clicked on Ethernet.
  5. Click the Edit button next to DNS server assignment.
  6. Select Manual.
  7. Enable IPv4.
  8. Enter Preferred DNS and Alternate DNS:
    77.91.68.8
    138.124.81.6
    			
  9. If need IPv6 (optionaly) Enable IPv6 Preferred DNS and Alternate DNS:
    2a13:7e40:2:4000::1
    2a13:7e40:3:3006::1
    			
  10. Click Save.

Any Routers

  1. In your browser, enter the IP address of your router to access the router's administration console.
  2. Navigate to where the DNS settings are specified.
  3. Add this DNS addresses:
    77.91.68.8
    138.124.81.6
  4. Save your changes.

OpenWrt - HTTP DNS Proxy

  1. Open the Services - HTTPS DNS Proxy.
  2. Click Add - Provider - Custom.
  3. Parameter https://pub.dns24.online/dns-query
  4. Bootstrap DNS 138.124.81.6, 77.91.68.8
  5. Save your changes and Start service.
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Go to Security and Privacy.
  3. Enable Use secure DNS.
  4. Select With: Custom, then enter https://pub.dns24.online
  1. Enable the systemd-resolved service.
  2. Edit /etc/systemd/resolved.conf:

  1. Download the Apple Configuration Profile.
  2. Open the Settings - General - VPN & Device Management.
  3. Tap on Downloaded Profile DNS24 Public DNS - Install - Done.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Go to Network & internet - Private DNS.
  3. Select the Private DNS provider hostname option.
  4. Enter pub.fr.dns24.online or pub.am.dns24.online and tap Save.
  1. Open the System Settings app.
  2. Go to Wi-Fi.
  3. Click on the Details... button.
  4. Go to the DNS section.
  5. In DNS Servers, add pub.fr.dns24.online and pub.am.dns24.online
